Blue & Bold: Carley & Dylan’s Spring Weddinbg
Nestled on a private property in Crozier overlooking the James River, Carley and Dylan’s wedding was a vibrant tapestry of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. As two dedicated doctors navigating the rigors of medical school and residency, their journey to this day was a testament to their resilience and deep connection.
A Dream of Color
From the outset, Carley and Dylan envisioned a wedding bursting with color. Blues, purples, and pinks painted the landscape, with flowers taking center stage in big, bright pops. They are fun people and wanted their wedding to represent their goofy personalities. Details were meticulously planned to reflect their personal style. A memory table honored beloved family members who couldn’t be present, adding a heartfelt touch to the festivities. While beloved family pets adorned cocktail napkins and cups.
The Life of the Party
Known for their love of a party, Carley and Dylan’s wedding lived up to its reputation. A Richbrau Beer Truck kept spirits high throughout the night, and cocktail hour was transformed into a whimsical “circus” affair complete with a bounce house and cotton candy—ensuring laughter and delight for guests of all ages. As the bride, Carley, said “cocktail hour would have been my dream birthday party as a kid.”
The Perfect Setting
We used Rent-E-Quip’s clear tent for their celebration, offering their guests a breathtaking view of the sunset while staying warm from Virginia’s spring chill. It was a gorgeous way to seek shelter, but also not take away from the landscape (not to mention it made for some really cool photos!).

The celebration was a perfect blend of elegance and fun, where fun linen patterns, lively bars, and large floral displays set the stage for a memorable party. Known for their zest for life, Carley and Dylan ensured that every guest experienced the joyous energy of their special day.
